Danish women are paid on average 14.2% less than their male colleagues, which is not only unfair, it is also higher than the average European pay gap of 12.7%.

Every year, the Equal Pay Day-initiative focuses on the difference in our pay.
12 countries have committed to being part of the initiative and focus every year in November on the importance of equal pay in their respective countries. But Denmark is not included.
So while countries like Sweden work actively with their pay gap and succeed in bringing it down from 17.8% to 11.2%, Denmark stands almost still.
Is that okay?
