AN UNEQUAL DISCOUNT FOR AN UNEQUAL WORLD

Danish women are paid on average 14.2% less than their male colleagues, which is not only unfair, it is also higher than the average European pay gap of 12.7%.

That's why we give a 14.2% discount with the code unequaldiscount.

The code applies to all shoes except sneakers and Maria Mena collection and can be used online and until 26 November 2023 at 8 p.m.

EQUAL PAY

Every year, the Equal Pay Day-initiative focuses on the difference in our pay.
12 countries have committed to being part of the initiative and focus every year in November on the importance of equal pay in their respective countries. But Denmark is not included.

So while countries like Sweden work actively with their pay gap and succeed in bringing it down from 17.8% to 11.2%, Denmark stands almost still.

Is that okay?

We don't think so, so we've made an odd discount for an odd world, and we hope you'll help raise the agenda for equal pay and not find yourself working for free.

The European Commission has measured equal pay since 2002 and the latest figures are from 2021, see the figures here.
