MOMS ROCK

Being a mother is hard work. Everyday life is full of chaos and imperfect moments. This Mother’s Day, we celebrate life as it is - with both mess and love - and mothers who may not always get it right, but who always do their best - because Moms Rock.

All mothers deserve to be celebrated! Share your own imperfect photo of life as a mom or life with your mom using the hashtag #MomsRock2026 and join the competition for a chance to win a pair of roccamore shoes. On Mother’s Day, May 10, we will announce 3 winners 🎉

Simone

Simone has a three-year-old daughter, Milou, and a daily life that rarely goes as planned. She works part-time and takes on freelance work when there’s room between deadlines and sick days.

Working from home is often interrupted by small hands and big needs, and some days, playing with post-its wins over deadlines.

For Simone, life doesn’t have to be perfect - it just has to work. With plenty of laughter, chaos, and love.

Julie

Julie is on sick leave due to stress, but everyday life goes on. Vilter, 8, and Oline, 6, need to get up, get out the door, and get through the day - even when energy is low.

Some things get postponed, others never get done. And that’s okay. It means Julie has the energy to dance and laugh with her children and be there for them. Not every day is a good day.

It’s not about getting everything right all the time, but about being there as best as you can.

Anne

Anne has a full-time job as a board member. Together with Anders, she has Alfred, 13, and Viggo, 10, and the family has recently adopted a street dog.

Everyday life works because Anders has a flexible job, the mess is allowed to stay, the homemade cake for the class party is replaced with pizza, and screen time is negotiable when mom needs a break.

It’s not perfect, but time with family matters most - and together, they make it work.

Sara

Sara is the mother of Karen, Gro, and her foster child C. - three children who each make her world bigger and more meaningful.

Everyday life brings extra challenges with Karen’s cerebral palsy and life as a foster family, but Sara meets it with love, courage, and unwavering determination.

She is one of those who gets up early, wipes away tears, creates a sense of safety, and fights to change the world one child at a time.
