Unstoppable Annette
The Annett sandal is named after the charismatic and courageous Annette Heick, a woman who has left her mark on stage and in the media. Over the years, Annette has faced both prejudice and sexist remarks, but her strength and ability to hold her head high have never wavered. Instead, she has stood strong and spoken out against the barriers that have tried to limit her, thereby opening doors for and inspiring other women. In 2023, Annette was part of our International Women's Day campaign, Respect High Heels In Music, where she bravely shared her experiences of sexism in the music industry. We couldn’t have chosen a better role model to embody our vision of celebrating women who dare to challenge and create change.
