EVE BLACK IS VEGETABLE TANNED

Vegetable tanning is an alternative process compared to other tanning methods, which often involve the use of chrome and harsh chemicals. Vegetable tanning uses natural materials such as bark, leaves and fruits and does not use chromium and other metals.

Roccamore collaborates with Sara Santori, one of the few women who owns a tannery using the vegetable tanning method.

Sara's family founded the Nuvolari Tannery in 2009

    Eve er elegant, tar litt tid å få ordentlig på (med to remmer), men sitter godt på foten etterpå. For min del blir det kanskje litt mye med to remmer, kan ikke kippe skoen av og på, men det er jo en smakssak. True to size, vil jeg si. Klassisk modell, uten for mye fuss, men skulle gjerne sett denne i en knallfarge.
