En classy arbejdshest til kontoret
Mathilde midnight skuffer ikke og er sammen med mine sorte Mathilde mine to-go-sko til arbejde. Højden er høj nok til at være ekstradionær, men ikke for høj så jeg ikke kan holde til at gå/stå i dem i mange timer. Læderet er “tykkere/kraftigere” end de sorte Mathilde, som næsten føltes som handskeskind. Samspillet mellem det glatte skind og nubuck er perfekt. Jeg har brede fødder (platfodet), tykke tæer og brede ankler og der er god plads til det hele. Jeg bruger min sædvanlige Roccamore størrelse.

Smuk farve og god pasform
Pasformen er rigtig god til mig. Den runde snude gør at der er god plads til tæerne og hælen har en højde og udformning der gør, at den er behagelig og elegant på samme tid. Jeg er vild med farven og materialet. Det nuppede skind gør, at den er knap så modtagelig for småridser, og nubuck detaljen på hæl og hælkappe giver støvlen et elegant og overraskende look.

Meet Mathilde Midnight

The popular Mathilde boot comes in the most beautiful combination of dark blue robust grainy leather and toned-down nubuck. Both materials are traceable leather from Danish SPOOR. Mathilde's sculptural 6.5 cm. curved block heel makes you stand strong, and she has a nice wide fit at the top. The fit is made on the same last as the discontinued Tanja boot.

SCIENTIFICALLY VALIDATED COMFORT

Roccamore's sole has been validated by scientific research at Hvidovre Hospital.

Mathilde Juhl Lyneborg-Falch is a Danish singer and songwriter who is very active in the Danish music scene. She developed a serious eating disorder at 16 and alcohol addiction later in life but fought through both illnesses. Today, she uses herself and her music to give the mentally vulnerable a strong voice and focus on taboo subjects.
